Staind Drummer Jon Wysocki Departs
Former Staind drummer Jon Wysocki quit the band during the making of the group's new album, according to a new interview with the band.
Wysocki's departure was a surprise to the band, who were in the middle of recording a new album at the time.
In an interview with Fuse TV, Staind guitarist Mike Mushok said that Wysocki's departure was "a shock to all of us." He added that the band is still trying to figure out what happened.
"We were in the middle of recording the album, and he just quit," Mushok said. "We don't really know why. He just said he wasn't feeling it anymore."
Wysocki has not commented on his departure from Staind.
Staind is an American rock band from Springfield, Massachusetts. The band was formed in 1995 and has released seven studio albums. The band's most recent album, "Staind," was released in 2018.
