Christina Ricci has sold her Los Angeles home for the full asking price of $2.5 million, Us Weekly can exclusively reveal.
Ricci initially listed the five-bedroom, six-bathroom house in September 2022 for $2.5 million, and it sold on Wednesday, January 11.
The actress purchased the home in 2015 for $1.9 million, and she enlisted the help of Bravo celebrity interior designer Jeff Lewis to redesign it in 2019. The home features a spacious living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, a chef's kitchen with a breakfast nook, and a family room that opens up to the backyard.
The backyard is an entertainer's dream, with a large pool, a spa, a covered patio, and a built-in barbecue. There is also a detached guesthouse with a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchenette.
Ricci has not yet announced her plans for the future, but she has been spending more time in New York City in recent years. She shares a son, Freddie, 9, with her ex-husband, James Heerdegen.
